You can place an order with Moon Goddess Jewelry by using the "Add To Cart" button located under the item you want to purchase. When you are ready to check out, use any of the "View Cart" buttons located throughout our website. All orders are SSL Encrypted to safeguard you bank card and personal information. (We reserve the right to limit order quantities). |

What forms of payment do you accept? |

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If you prefer to pay by check....email us and let us know and we will email you with instructions. Personal checks may take up to 2 weeks to clear the bank. We will not ship merchandise until your check has cleared. |

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment for your order. (Exceptions: Paid by check and custom orders). Mailing time averages 2-4 business days. |

Domestic Shipping: Flat shipping of $5.00 on orders from $.01 - $199.99 and $10.00 on orders from $200.00 and up. |

| International Shipping: Flat shipping of $10.00 on orders from $.01 - $199.99 and $15.00 on orders from $200.00 and up. |

What is your return policy? |
|
|

All returns or exchanges require our authorization. You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your order to initate a return or exchange and received a Return Authorization (RA). All returns for credit must be received by us within 10 business days of issuring you an RA, otherwise no credit will be honored. We do not accept returns on custom orders or sale items. |

Yes, we do custom orders. Custom orders average between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the quantity of the order and the availability of components. Custom orders are subject to a 25% down payment. |

What if I see something I like that has already been sold? |
|

Moon Goddess Jewelry works hard to create true one of a kind jewelry designs. We understand that there will be times when one or more of our sold jewelry designs are desired by someone else. We may be willing to recreate or design a very similar reproduction to the sold piece depending on the availability of the beads and findings that were used in creating the original design. If there is a sold item in our Sold Gallery that interests you......email us your request. |
